This page outlines the Terms and Conditions for our cleaning services, providing loyal service for Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to be clear and transparent to ensure your expectations are well-managed throughout our partnership.

Domestic Terms and conditions

1. General

By booking a cleaning service with FreshNette, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms form the basis of the contract between FreshNette and the customer.

2. Scope of Work

  • FreshNette will provide cleaning services to the best of our ability within the allotted time as agreed upon during the booking.

  • The services provided will include the tasks specified during the booking process. Any additional services requested outside of the original booking may incur additional charges.

3. Property Condition

  • The customer agrees that the property will be in a condition that allows the cleaning team to work efficiently within the allotted time.

  • If the property is deemed too dirty or in a condition that exceeds what can be reasonably cleaned in the time allotted, FreshNette reserves the right to:

    • Cancel the service.

    • Reschedule the appointment with a revised quote and time allocation, subject to customer approval.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50%  of total booking price.

  • Company Cancellations: FreshNette reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff unavailability, unsafe working conditions, or property conditions as outlined above. We will notify the customer as soon as possible in such cases.

5. Payment

  • Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Late payments if agreed post booking may incur additional fees.

6. Liability

  • FreshNette will not be liable for any pre-existing damage to the customer's property or belongings that cannot reasonably be avoided during the cleaning process.

  • Customers must inform the cleaning team of any fragile or valuable items that require special care.

  • While we strive to provide high-quality service, FreshNette is not responsible for the condition of any surfaces or items that have not been properly maintained prior to our service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the cleaning service, they must notify FreshNette within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will take reasonable steps to address any concerns, including a re-cleaning service if deemed necessary.

8. Health and Safety

  • Our cleaning staff will follow appropriate safety procedures while on the customer's property. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the property is safe for our staff to work in.

9. Privacy

  • FreshNette respects the privacy of all customers. Any personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of delivering the service.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • FreshNette reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website or provided to customers upon request.
